In recent years, 4ME has supported the Aachen Mechanical Engineering Day. At this networking event, the professors of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University present their main research areas in five-minute lectures. A more detailed explanation and discussion is made possible in a subsequent poster session. In this way, the professors can exchange information on their research and plan joint research projects.

The concept “Aachen Mechanical Engineering Day” is currently being revised in order to give the public an insight into the activities of the mechanical engineering in Aachen.
